Digital fault management for fire and intrusion detection systemsWith the app you receive real-time notifications of alarms, malfunctions or shutdowns of your hazard alarm systems (fire and intrusion alarm systems) on any number of mobile devices. The messages are sent to the respective user via a push message.By pre-configuration - exactly tailored to your needs - you can filter which type of message you would like to receive and which detailed information (running maps, interactive site plans etc.) should be sent to your system. What do I need to operate the app?To use the app, there is a transmitter on the respective alarm system - e.g. to install the stationary maintenance box from 7systems (7system.de) and to set up an account on BMAcloud.de. The maintenance box sends the data of your alarm system to the central server (BMAcloud.de) via LTE or Ethernet. The central server distributes the messages to the correspondingly registered and predefined users.Special feature: Any number of systems can be installed per end device. The user can activate various filters to display only certain types of messages. These filters are stored on the central server.Multi-user / multi-plant / multi-server:In addition to the central server (BMAcloud.de), the server instance can also be installed by an operator, installer or other service provider. There is currently no technical restriction according to the number of systems, number of servers per app, number of end devices per system. Any alarm scenarios for a wide range of target groups can thus be mapped.display modes:The simplest type of presentation is "text messages". For this purpose, the texts stored in the hazard alarm system are sent via the interface to the box or app. No detailed configuration is necessary for this. When displaying running card data, the "text messages" are expanded by adding a running card file. The running cards are saved on the central server system (BMAcloud.de).The most complex but also the most convenient way of displaying is to display interactive site plans. With this type of display, the symbols / areas must be parameterized in advance for each incoming type of message. The display on your device is self-explanatory and can be understood by any end user without instruction.
